A statue of Baroness Thatcher has been installed on St Peter's Hill in Grantham.
Leader of SKDC, Cllr Kelham Cooke, said: 'It is a fitting tribute to a truly unique political figure. Margaret Thatcher will always be a significant part of Grantham's heritage. It is therefore appropriate that she is commemorated by her home town and that the debate that surrounds her legacy takes place here in Grantham.'
An official ceremony will be held at a later date. £300,000 was raised by the Public Memorials Appeal for the statue.
